From the careful choosing of our responsibly-sourced ingredients, to our in-house production and conscientious distribution, our sky-high standards are never compromised. This ensures that every treat that leaves our sight is safe, wag-worthy and wholesome.

It’s no surprise a dog’s nutrition is vital to their well-being and happiness.  The act of giving a treat allows us to give something special back to our pets as a reward, an act of love or simply just because. At Plato Pet Treats, we stand behind the quality of our products and the strict controls that we have in place to make them. If you are not satisfied with a Plato Pet Treats product that you purchased from one of our authorized sellers, let us know within 60 days of purchase, and we will send you either product or a voucher for free product of equal or greater value. Please note that, because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, the Plato Pet Treats 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers. The Guarantee is also limited to the original, end-user purchaser.

How To Submit A Satisfaction Guarantee Claim

In order to submit a Satisfaction Guarantee claim, please call us at (559) 400-9448 and have the product and receipt handy, as we will be requesting the following information:

  • The Plato product you purchased
  • The Best Before Date and batch code (which can be found printed on the back of the package starting with “BBD” followed by a date and a short series of letters and numbers)
  • Where and on what date you purchased the product

The Customer Service representative will then submit your claim to our Quality Department who will propose a resolution within 7 business days.

You must submit your Guarantee request within 60 days of the date of purchase.

Plato Pet Treats reserves the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase, and to deny Guarantee requests in its discretion.
